The firm was established in 1966 by Sri Z.T Zachariah
(Senior Partner) and has been in practice for approximately 38 years.
Sri Thomas Zachariah and Smt. Suchitra Raghavan Zachariah joined him
as partners subsequently.
Sri Z.T Zachariah has
vast knowledge and experience in all matters relating to Company law,
Income-tax, Agricultural Income-tax, Sales-tax, and all other allied
Statutes and Management Techniques
Sri Thomas Zachariah
graduated in commerce from Madras Christian College, Chennai and
articled with A.F. Ferguson & Co, Chennai. He has handled
Statutory Audits, Tax Audits etc of Multinational Companies, Banks and
other Organisations during his article-ship. He joined the firm in
1997 and has been in whole-time practice since then.
Smt Suchitra Raghavan
Zachariah graduated in commerce from Ethiraj College, Chennai and
articled at A.F.Ferguson & Co, Chennai. After qualifying in 1997,
she worked with Bharat.S.Raut & Co (KPMG group). She has handled
the audit of Multinational Companies, Banks and other Organisations.
She joined the firm in 1999 and has been in whole-time practice since
then.
